The laser launch pad

We all know that at this point that space launching has reached an all time high in terms of cash and the space program is facing shutdown. The problem isn't that we don't want to go into space but that it's to expensive to get thing into space what we need is a cheaper means of get things up there. There is a little known idea that could solve this problem but not many people know about it. So I'm trying to get it out there. I won't take credit for it because it wasn't my idea but here it goes. The laser pad is like a gun that shoots a laser onto a ship were that ship is made to withstand the laser and harness it's power start into propulsion so the ship rides the laser up and out into space making for a easy and effective way to get into space. So help to get the word around.

The Assembly Line

The system of schools needs a radical overhaul and I am just plain pissed with the way things are run at the current moment. Of the things that make me angry the one that has me most concerned is that schools are being treated as a business rather than as an investment in our future. Teachers should rewarded for the quality of their teaching and the students need to be challenged to succeed but not with the amount of work but with the quality of work. Teach them how to imagine new ideas how to be creative and think up solutions to problems. We need to teach students how to learn and listen and not just tread water. This is a problem in all levels of our school system from elementary up to college level. So in summary schools are for teaching not for business. This is a investment in our future it's we started investing. It's not supposed to be an assembly line.
